Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None, I was asked about my experience, what I would do if I had a problem with a costumer, why I applied at chipotle, would I be okay with cleaning, and about my availability.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Feb 2012
Interview
Before being hired, I had 3 interviews. Chipotle's interviews are much different than other companies that I've applied for in the past. Instead of just sitting down and being interviewed by managers, you'll be walking around and interacting with all of the empoyees. It can be a little bit awkward since you don't know anyone, but make sure to be friendly and outgoing. Be sure to ask questions about the company, their food, and ask about "food with integrity", employees and managers love it when they sense a spark of curiosity in interviewees.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Avon, IN)
Interview
First, after filling out an online application, you wait for an email. Most people who meet basic qualifications will receive an email inviting them to a group interview. This waiting period spanned about 2 weeks for me. For the open interview, I sat in a booth with 2 other applicants and two store managers attended. The questions were very basic and cliche, nothing to be worried about. After another week or so, I received a "Congrats!" letter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did not receive any difficult or out of the blue questions; the most ; "difficult" question was "What does 'food with integrity' mean to you?". 2 minutes of research beforehand did the trick
