Chipotle interview questions

Unlike most companies, Chipotle conducted an interview that was based on getting to know me personally as opposed to what I would do in hypothetical situations and stuff like that. The process was short and she asked basic questions like what do I do in my free time, how do my parents feel about me getting a job, why do I want to work at Chipotle, etc.

You'll sit down and they will give you "the spiel." This is a summary of the corporate culture, Food with Integrity, and the advancement opportunities available. They'll also ask you about your background, "why Chipotle?', and run you through what you can expect on a typical day. The first interview will usually be 5-10 minutes, so don't let that bother you; you're being vetted. In later interview ( there can be a 3-4) you'll meet the crew and get specific about things.
