Chipotle Manager interview questions

Multi-step process; kept me waiting nearly 2 hours for the last interview without an apology. They have you meet with numerous levels of management during the process. The process was very long and drawn out over the course of a few weeks.

Applied to company website. After two months received invitation to complete 5 question video questionnaire. After another month received email asking to participate in a telephone interview with corporate recruiter. After two more months and multiple follow up requests received invitation for telephone interview with area corporate recruiter. Waited a week to receive follow up call to participate in third phone interview with area manager. Attended face-to-face interview with area manager, then waited three days for follow up. After third day received rejection email from area corporate recruiter. Be prepared to hurry up and wait. A company that stresses the importance of how their "13 characteristics" defines their culture should "take a look in the mirror" at their own behaviors. Conscientious? FAKE Polite? FAKE Respectful? FAKE. Hospitable? FAKE Happy? FAKE Ambitious? FAKE Infectiously enthusiastic? FAKE Curious? FAKE Honest? HARDLY Motivated? A FIVE-MONTH INTERVIEW PROCESS! FAKE Presentable? TRIM YOUR BEARDS-IT'S NOT FOOD SAFE Smart? SURE, WHY NOT. I'M NOT THAT IGNORANT High Energy? ONLY WHEN SPEED READING INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FROM A FORM AT 300wpm Would I have given this negative review if offered a position? NO, OF COURSE NOT To string someone along for five months of multiple lengthy interviews only to be rejected with a form response demonstrates a lack of integrity and sincerity. Actions speak louder than words, Chipotle, and I'll never give you a cent of my hard-earned money, benefit of my time or offer of my EXCELLENT skills again.
