Chipotle Prep Cook interview questions

The interview was very relaxed, just a short conversation. Why do you want to work here, tell me about yourself. They don't hire based on experence, they believe anybody can be trained, they hire based on personality traits instead, as these are things that cannot be taught. Overall the interview was very stress free

I applied online and in a few days got an email to arrive at the location i applied for at a certain time. I brought a resume and dressed appropriately and professionally. It turned out to be a group interview and the general manager asked questions and had every participant in the group to answer. After the Q's, the general manager gave us each a piece of paper of some rules/steps about the company (I can't remember what they were exactly its probably on their website) and said that if we get called for a second interview we're expected to have those rules/steps memorized. I never got called for a second interview haha
