Interview
Three panel interview. One after the other.
First, Tech
Then > Team
Then > Hiring Manager
Conducted by phone. 45 minutes apiece.
Tech lead was extremely aggressive and arrogant.
Future team mates not engaged.
Hiring manager distracted and unprofessional.
Very straightforward interview, asked about the core values and work ethics. Offered on the sport hiring . Was a good environment and very casual atmosphere. They immediately answered questions on compensation and what was expected on the job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
It was fairly quick, the job had been posted for over 30 days so I believe I came in at the very end. I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter and then asked to come in for an interview. I realized this was a bit strange that there was no phone screen with anyone on the team first. I went through a mostly pleasant conversation for an hour but it was very quick, no tour or anything. I received word they were going with another candidate and no feedback whatsoever which is unfortunate. I think they already had their minds made up when I came in which happens but they should at least respect peoples time and offer feedback.
