Chipotle Restaurant Crew Member interview questions

1:1 interview. I was asked if I knew about the history of Chipotle, i.e where the food comes from, and about the freshness. I was also asked about my myself and my strengths and weaknesses.

10 minute interview after submitting an online application. Orientation usually begins the following week and you are trained at a position from the start. Crosstraining is highly promoted and you will likely learn how to work at multiple positions in the first few months. The interview questions are pretty simple and basic, not too hard if you come moderately well prepared.
