I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Mooresville, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was a very unprofessional interview. I was emailed with an interview day and time. When I arrived there were several people waiting to be interviewed. Instead of interviewing us individually two of us were interviewed together. The crew member interviewing had obviously not gone through any HR training and asked questions that could definitely be construed as age discriminating. Any general questions I asked could not be answered. Toward the end of he interview I asked a question that I knew the answer to from researching the company online pre-interview and the associate could not answer that question either which was a question about the core beliefs of the company. How can a company have interviewers who are not even familiar with the core beliefs of their company?

Question 1
Would you feel comfortable working with people who are obviously much younger than you?

Interview
Went through two interviews both were group interviews. They want you to extensively know th e history and values of chipotle (look up food integrity ). During the interview they want to see if you have the "13 characteristics". The manager told me I was hired but after th at manager quit I haven't heard from them since.

Interview
I interviewed online after seeing an opening in my area, and i got a call about a week later asking if i would come in for a group interview. I came in for a group interview with 3 other people and they asked us a series of non-related questions (fav. movie, what you do in your free time, etc.) then they ask which one of the 13 charasteristics ser by the company (on thier website) represents you most. They ask you about experience (they actually perfer if you do not have fast food experience because it will be harder to train you After we just had a nice friendly conversation, and left. That day the manager called again to set up my second interview and I went in the next day. The second interview consist of coming in before opening while everyone is preping and talking to the crew while they prep. Your job is to start a conversation with them and they may ask you a couple of questions and vice versa. After you talk to everyone, you leave and they call you within the next week if the whole crew agrees that you would benefit the team.
The whole team as well has the managerial team are very laid back and cool. Just be yourself, dont try to get too "buisness-y" on them but at the same time make sure you express your desire and ambition to work there.
