I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bridgeview, IL)
Interview
The interview process is very relaxed. The employees give a family vibe there. I think if you are someone who gets along well with everyone and works well then this would be a good place to start. Looking online you have to call back to check on your application/interview process. Not immediately but you have to follow-up. A lot of places will hire you or find you a good candidate but if this is your first job, experience, etc... I'm telling you get over the social fear and just check in about 3-7 days.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When are you available to work? Would you be open to working x?
Chill, straightforward, and very open to listen to your personality and approaches to conflict. Interview lasts no more than 15-30 min, and usually told on the spot if position was given.
Very easy interview, just general customer service questions. I was asked where I worked before, why I am leaving, how I handle stress, why you want to work here. Just the basics, standard interview.
