The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Feb 2012
Interview
I was impressed with the people I spoke and met with at Cisco, but was disappointed by their lack of follow up. After investing 7 hours of my time interviewing with them, I never received the courtesy of a reply informing me I was not a fit, despite follow up emails thanking them for their time and inquiring on my status. I ultimately accepted a job elsewhere and am very happy in my new role, but found their failure to communicate to be very unprofeasional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you've worked in a highly political environment.
Very smooth process, good conversations, timely response, the questions were related to the job, I enjoyed the conversations. I was able to learn a lot about the culture and the job, got to meet the team members.
Gespräche waren in Englisch.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cisco (München, Bavaria) in Apr 2016
Interview
After a horrible online process I managed to apply. It took 6 weeks before I was contacted after my application. The telephone interview did someone from Ireland. She even didn't now that the office is moving now - and she didn't read my CV properly in advance, asked questions (reporting line, which already was in my CV) three times. Afterwards it took another 8 weeks before I received feedback.
