This role was specifically to handle clients from US by supporting them whenever they face technical issues. First round was an online aptitude and technical screening test out of which around 15% applicants were called for onsite interviews. There were 2 rounds of interviews each around 30 mins. Majorly related to basics of Computer Networks and based on what we answer questions keep building on what we speak.

You laptop internet connection is not working, in that case what is your approach to resolve the issue where might the fault be in?
Multiple problem statements are provided in my case 3 were provided and you have to come up with a solution with all the details such as how you would approach the problem, your research, limitations, etc. If you submit your PPT you will qualify this round as the only requirement is to submit it here.

We will have some basic questions for R&S CCNA/NP level stuff. We will also have some questions about what ever tech you are going for. ACI may ask you about virtualization, API's, vxlan etc...but if you never used ACI it's ok. Knowing how to perform under pressure and troubleshooting skills are paramount. We may ask for examples of issues you have resolved and the steps to fix it.
Very lengthy. Six round interview process, each of which challenging different intellectual concepts with a unique set of panelists for each from different departments. Some question-based, some memory, and others real-world hypotheticals.

They provided a 25-page white paper regarding a technical concept. I was then given 30 minutes to review this, understand the literature, and memorize key components. Following this, the panel asked questions related to the material.

Internship. Acuden a las universidades y dan platicas, te hacen al final un examen de las capas del modelo OSI. Despues esperas por varios meses hasta que hay una llamada para entrar al programa, se hacen dos entrevistas mas una para explicar un tema de alguna tecnologia que te pidan y otra sobre el perfil. Al entrar te dan los lineamientos de las actividades a realizar (certificaciones CCNA y CCNP) en 3 meses, si no se cumplen en el tiempo que te piden sales del programa. Pasados 6 meses, si se cumplieron todas las actividades, test psicometricos y certificaciones te pueden hacer una oferta.
