Cisco Product/Project Manager interview questions

Very friendly interviewers. Questions were easy. Mostly about pricing, product positioning, market fit, competition. Half of the questions were on technical aspects of the product area I was interviewing for. Interviewers were from engineering and marketing teams.

Was extremely bureaucratic and unprofessional. Was put in contact with a recruiter whom I talked with. The process consisted of two rounds. After my call, I was invited for a first round interview. It was very behavioral and easy. You learned what part of Cisco you'd be in. I then received a Final Round interview. It was two back to back interviews through webcam. It was all behavioral. They said they were really impressed, but I did not hear back for 2 months after ongoing correspondence with the recruiter and was informed eventually there was no position.
