I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco in Jun 2022
Interview
first round is online assessment with 3 questions, then a 30 mins Recruiter phone screen then 2 rounds of technical interview, one hour about API, and 1 hour LC type question,
We had an online screening test with two coding questions and an aptitude test. The aptitude MCQs also included networks and systems beginner questions which were relatively easy to do. There were 3 rounds to the interview process, technical, managerial, and HR. Technical round grilled me on my projects and asked me basic DSA and little advanced Networks questions (cause I did mention I am skilled in Networks). The managerial round also asked me a couple of my project-based questions, and talked to me about my experience in coding and stuff, and also a couple of managerial HR questions. HR was pretty smooth, got to know me better, and asked me what I know about CISCO, CISCO's competitors, my preferred work location, and my flexibility on work hours. End of the day since it was campus recruitment they proceeded with the first 8 candidates who gave their interview first so I did miss the opportunity even after having answered every question right.

Interview
Applied Online through website, received an OA invitation the next day, 3 leetcode easy to medium questions. Wasn't too bad if you prepared. Website for the interview was a little janky though
