Cisco Senior Software Developer interview questions

Job opportunity is hiring a software engineer who is specialized in high performance packet processing software which includes strong analytical and problem solving skills in C programming, operating systems especially in memory management concepts and L2,L3,L4 and L7 networking protocols.

Hr called for the position G10 , initially discussed reg ctc and mentioned no issue for budget to this position , he sceduled 4 technical interviews , after completion of all rounds hr taken my documents to release the offer. after 3 days again hr called me now hr saying Not getting BU approval for CTC, if he is not getting approval , i dont no why he said before requesting ? , if is not getting approval he can call he can do the negotiation he didnt do that , he messaged me now BU not giving approvals , your profile on hold , interviewing with other candidates due to CTC issue Note : if CTC issue there why do conduct the interviews ? before interview only cisco taking details . 2 times i have faced same issue. plz dont waste our time and your time
