I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Rosemont, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
After the HR phone screen, the hiring process consisted of a half of a day of 30-45 minute interviews. I went to a local Cisco office and sat in a conference room. I was interviewed by people ranging from other current Systems Engineers to Account Managers to the managers of both aforementioned teams.

Interview
Actually I had a nice interview, at the end they said that, I passed the first step but it does not mean directly they want me in 2. step and they choose only the best interviewers. After 3 days I got another call from another person she said that the position is not available anymore and offered another one. I accepted the offer, however they did not get in touch in the past 6 weeks.
