Interview
This was a scheduled interview.
There were total 3 rounds, two technical and one hr round and then I got offer letter. They do provide food beverages , which showed they care for people who are giving valuable time to them for interviews.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
Which Design patterns do you know ? Can you write a code?
Suppose you have a class Person with two properties say first-name and last name.
I want when you create object of a class and call a toString method on it, it should return first-name and last name. What to do for this behavior?
Going for the interview in citius tech simply means wasting your time. They make you sit whole day and there process is extremely slow plus they don't even know how many interviews they want to conduct for a single candidate. they will get you interviewed by their TOP management and to see if you are a fit( I wonder how everyone there has so much of time) Their HR's are the worst in case of negotiations. In interview they tell you ,you will be needed to do these things , stay back and stuff and when you're negotiating HR people don't even consider these points. They don't care about you at the beginning itself when you are in the phase of making important career decision i.e. to work with them, I wonder if they will ever address your concerns in the future. Though your wants are reasonable and based on their business requirement, they won't care about you. Honestly, save your precious time and don't go for the interview.

Question 1
technical about Java and in the managerial round about how would you approach to a particular problem.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Airoli) in Nov 2017
Interview
At the beginning of the process there was a presentation about the company , the work flow etc.
There were 3-4 rounds of the recruitment process :
1. Aptitude Round : (Total 15 questions, time limit was of 30 mins, based on logical reasoning questions which were very easy eg: number series etc.). Please attempt all the questions even if you fail to solve it within 30mins.
2. First Technical Round : (It was very easy round, all based on your resume, and mostly they check your level of confidence while answering all the questions, communication skills as well as the way you solve puzzles ) [Advice : Be confident about yourself and also be prepared for the skills which you have mentioned in your resume, they look out for the basics ! Some interviewers might go deep into the subjects to find out where you lag behind. But Don't give up!]
3. Second Technical Round : (Its easy if you are well prepared for whatever you have mentioned in your resume and you are very much clear for which post you are applying for. In this round they focus more on final year project and ask questions related to it and some puzzles again.) I was only asked to explain my final year project and questions were asked related to it. If you answer well you might be saved from puzzles. I was saved :p . Some candidates were asked to write codes related to their project.
For me , Second technical round and HR round was taken at the same time..so I had only 3 rounds of the interview process. Others had a separate 4th round which was HR round. And luckily I cleared all the rounds of the process and got selected ! Though still waiting for the offer letter.
Overall the interview was easy, a one day interview process.
3. As I was applying for web developer (html, css, javascript, bootstrap , jquery) post , I was asked questions related to it like how will you apply background image to whole web page.
5. Lots of Puzzles (cake cutting, 5 litre jug and 3 litre jug, there was a diagram in which there were blocks, how will you join similar blocks without interesting it etc.)
