I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Pune) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had interviews at CitiusTech. While giving the interview, I checked the recruitment process reviews on Glassdoor. Initially, I thought the reviews were based on a personal experience, so I continued with the process. However, I later realized the reviews were genuine, and I found that the recruitment process was subpar.
I completed the first round, and after a week, I received an email stating that the position had been closed. Two days after that email, I got another call saying the process had been restarted and that my managerial round would be scheduled. I agreed and accepted the invitation for the managerial round, which went well.
I asked the HR team for feedback, but they have not provided any. I called 8-9 times, sent 4-5 text messages, and even wrote 1 email, but I still haven't received any feedback. Irshad Tajewale, the recruiter for my case, has not provided any feedback to date.

Interview
It’s truly frustrating when you put in your best effort—answering 90% of the questions correctly—yet still face rejection, especially when the interviewer lacks the necessary expertise to assess your skills properly. The interview process should be a fair evaluation, not just a time-pass exercise for companies. Unfortunately, some organizations conduct interviews without genuine hiring intent, wasting candidates' time and effort.
A skilled Angular Developer with 7+ years of experience deserves to be assessed by someone competent in the domain, not by someone unfamiliar with the technology. Respecting a candidate’s time and effort is just as important as hiring the right talent.
This experience is disappointing, but it’s their loss, not yours. The right company—one that truly values expertise—will recognize your worth. On to better opportunities!
