CitiusTech interview questions

I have attended for the first round of interview and answered 80% of the questions from the interviewer. I expected a positive response for the second round but the there was no response at all. After a week i have sent mail, called the recruiter who scheduled the interview but didn't get any response. I have spent 30 minutes of my time for the interview and they didn't even send a mail either positive or negative. I felt really bad with their behavior.

There were a total of 2 technical rounds, the first one was purely technical, and the second was technical + managerial. The experience for these two rounds was great, the interviewer was nice and behaved very nicely. The HR rounds were not so satisfying, the HR was rude sometimes. At one point she didn't appear at the scheduled time and called me 15 minutes later, when I told her that I took a break from the office and waited 15 minutes, instead of any apology she was like don't waste time in arguments and let's start the discussion.
