The process was extremely cumbersome as there was a disconnect between HR recruitment and the Management team. Like the majority of Indian IT players, they seek front line sales professional to assist Project Managers and Delivery teams with client relationships. This allows them to build repeatable service offerings.

3. Received invite for meeting & after 30 min received updated regarding meeting cancellation.
4. After some time there is an email with content "We want to let you know that we are not able to process your candidature further for Java Microservices position"

Interview
There were multiple components to the interview process, however the most important from leaderships perspective was that the organization was looking for true agile leaders. Individuals that live and breathe the change driven models derived from this framework. This results in a very collaborative atmosphere and culture after working for the company for 1 year.
