CitiusTech interview questions

There is bascially 3 rounds. Technical Managerial HR The technical round will be in depth about your domain and from your resume, be sure to write only correct details. The technical round was good and interviewer was very supportive. I got through and a 2nd round with manager was scheduled. Manager round was scheduled 2 days after the 1st round. This was quite weird experience, it was not technical just general questions about the process we follow in the current organisation and what responsibility i undertook in the organisation, -> questions about Agile model. -> notice period and all. It completed on a good note, Just 2 hrs after i got a mail they cannot move forward. I donot expect an explanation as to why i was not selected. I just think if by any chance notice period is an issue the HR should in the very first call make it clear that only immediate joiners to apply, Makes a candidate wonder what went wrong.

WORST interview experience.i would suggest don't waste your time here. They DON'T VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES. incase u are jobless then also think billions of time before joining .they have WORST WORK CULTURE .employers forget one basic fact " INTERVIEW IS PROCESS WHERE EMPLOYER CHOOSE EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYEE CHOOSE EMPLOYER TOO..." somewhere i read reviews people left tcs for citius tech i highly doubt its credibility. any mnc will be far better then citius tech.please stay away .
