- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INTERVIEW PROCESS, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL - Its a waste of time to attend the interview with CitiusTech. - Attended interview drive on Saturday. After 1Tech and 1 Managerial rounds after that they had another 1Tech Round and All Rounds are cleared. - I got an Interview schedule (System Generated email) without being notifying me that interview has setup for me (of 2 rounds on Saturday). The auto-email had link to login interview and also Contact person details to connect for any query - But the no one responds to email or call. - I check my email frequently so was lucky to see system generated email of interview or else no one will connect to you to inform. - No one gone respond to you after that. - 10 days after suddenly I see a meeting invite for HR Policy discussion which is also scheduled un-informed way. (Just my habit of checking email I got to know there is meeting). - Again after a week Got email that HR Discussion will happen . - The recruiter HR then just called to understand my Expected CTC. -- WOW Very Soon they thought to understand this. - Without knowing anything they waste time in interviews and after asking my expectation HR said She get back. (Never Come to you ). - Poor Communication , No proper process
