I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Pune) in Sep 2019
Interview
Written Exam followed by technical and HR Interviews. Average interview questions not very tough questions. Interviewers were very friendly and supportive.
They take your academic marks very seriously and ask reasons if marks are not so good.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CitiusTech (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
One technical and HR round
In technical round
They ask find palindrome of number, if you don't do then they reject and they are hiring for finding palindrome not for Project. They judge us by this type of question whether you have analytic skill or not .. There worst interview I had....Improve your interviewing skill which can grow your knowledge also. interviewer is so erogative person. Ask only 2 question and rejected. I found some good review i didn't feel that..

Interview
So it all started by an HR Aarti Gupta calling me for An F2F round in their Airoli Office for an urgent opening. Before the Interview we had discussed everything on call about current CTC , Expected CTC and even work location preference.
And finally my interview got scheduled after getting rescheduling twice. Finally everything goes as anyone would expect. Cleared the Technical Round , Management Round , HR Round. Had spent more than 5 hours in their office waiting for interview, result without eating. Finally HR comes and says congratulations you are selected, she even says wait for some more time and take your offer letter and go which I asked her to mail as I couldn’t wait more.
Meanwhile she calls me and asks to upload the documents. After uploading document I was told that il get an offer by tomorrow.
To my surprise , the next day HR says she cannot release offer due to budget approval and they cant even offer package worth my current CTC. I mean what non sense is this. After knowing everything in advance, calling candidates for interview, congratulating them , HR says this. Very unprofessional and immature.
