CitiusTech Technical Lead - I interview questions

Hiring process was good, cleared all the rounds but had to follow up many times to get an offer. Vague reasons about HR’s availability, finally was able to connect and offered very less(25% less than the discussed initially). I feel it was wastage of my time.

The interview was kind of easy. 2 rounds. 1 Technical and 1 Techno Managerial. Both the interviewer were knowledge. I cleared both the rounds and Now came the HR. HRs out here are fraud . The will take all the documents and then try to negotiate with you for a salary far below the expectations you have mentioned before the interview itself. I know why to waste someone's time on weekdays. Besides they have this retention pay included in you CTC itself. So, if you leave before 2 years you have to pay 10% of your salary. In short, Interviewers were good but HR team is fraud and don't fall for it. IT'S SCAM
