Basically they don't know what they were doing. I was called for technical discussion after waited for 2 hours He asked me few questions in angular. (not more than 3) And he said he is done with the interview If you are not interested in recruiting please don't waste the time of the candidate. Interview Panel should learn to take interviews.

It was good but took entire day for completion.offer is given on same day.process was slow because less members on technical panel.managers round is tough as he asks technical questions too which you cant expect..
