It was 2 stage process 1st round was technical interview and 2nd round was managerial interview . In 1st round you will be asked about your resume projects and all stuffs.In 2nd round all related to your IQ

3 Rounds 1. Technical Round : Java technical questions 2. Manager Round : Previously done project tasks 3. HR Round : Guideline discussion, salary negotiations Questions were related to OOPS,Data Structures HR asks expected salary just for fun,it seems Because they offered me less than the offer which I already had in hand saying "you still have 30 days in notice period" offered impact program is really nice, but the HR policies are not that attractive, especially the retention and bonus part.
