1. Technical Round 2. Managerial discussion 3. HR round Technical round is for about a hour time and then managerial round of discussion and final hr discussion takes place. The release of offer letter will take very long time as they don't pick up your calls or reply to your mails as well. So my suggestion would be take this organisation as an option only and don't be fully dependent on this company only.
