Online test was surprisingly difficult. they required me to do roleplay which is possibly the biggest waste of time imho I really did get the impression it’s a case of your face fitting the role. Seems like a female dominated environment. Would have definitely taken this role if offered but I had some reservations. Mainly about the negative sentiment of CP amongst venues. Also, get the impression things are pretty unstable and minimum job security. Received no feedback despite doing 3 online interviews.

The first round is a 20 minute call with a recruiter who asks basic question behavioral questions. Next is a case study assignment that tests your ability to respond to client emails. From there there is a Zoom interview with two current employees and then a final interview with the hiring manager. Everyone I encountered throughout the process was kind, professional and eager to answer all my questions. Although I ultimately didn’t get offered the job, it was a pleasant experience.
