Initial call with a recruiter. Then a technical phone screen with a senior frontend engineer, followed by an in-person interview with several team members (some technical interviews, some cultural fit interviews).
Overall, it was a really great experience. I ended up not getting an offer but I felt very positive about the people I met and the process. I appreciated that each person I met with asked me about who I was outside of work and took a personal interest in who I am as an engineer and person. The technical interviews showed the engineers at ClassPass are thoughtful about what questions to ask and how to evaluate a candidate's knowledge.
