I applied and completed a 30 minute call with a recruiter, who was friendly and easy to speak with. The recruiter asked me to complete a take home test (2 hours) by that weekend, and told me they would make a decision that next week and potentially move me to an onsite. I scored 100% on the take home and emailed the recruiter to let them know and also included a few follow up questions. I never heard back and was completely ghosted regarding next steps.
