Interview
Initial test was more of a inteligence or adaptability test next was the actual interview which was a bit more technical but also more of a medium difficulty and after that the most difficult thing was the wait time about 3-4 weeks untill the answer.

I can't say what was the most difficult question but there were questions about microcontrollers,sources and basic circuit designs.
