First you do an initial phone screen, then they will have you come in for an in person shadowing day, and lastly there will be a panel interview. the process is very comfortable and isnt intimidating. you will need to make a ppt about yourself and experience too.

Question 1
they will ask you questions about yourself and some situational questions too.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DHL Express (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
3 rounds. First is over the phone with HR Rep, goes over resume and job requirements. Second is with the Area Sales Manager and discusses more specifics about the job and company culture. Third is a Zoom panel interview with all leadership roles for the area (VP, GM, Head of Sales, Head of Operations, HR, etc.) and each of them ask a question that has to do with company culture as well as skill set and background. Fairly standard interview process, the panel can be intimidating but overall was not out of the ordinary.

Question 1
Can you give an example of a time you had to overcome a sales obstacle?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Express (Tempe, AZ) in May 2017
Interview
It was pretty simple, was recruited at an event, exchanged information and then had a second interview within a week. Then worked my way to a manager and finally was flown out for a panel interview. Overall a rewarding and a good look into what was expected of me.
