With 7 years of working in this position and 2 years in supervisory position, i was invited to the interview in DHL express, EMA. The direct line manager was just kind, trying to make the interview informal. He asked me technical questions and tried to understand my work experience. Totally makes sense. Then the 2 people from HR started asking questions. They asked the most difficult competency questions ever which without knowing the question in advance no one would ever be able to answer. I am from a technical background and i do not study Human Resource by the way. On top of that, the guy from HR seems extremely arrogant. I bet he thought being an interviewer means he was at a higher position. Obviously they already had the internal candidate to get the position in mind and they simply just had to conduct these interviews according to employment law.
