Call with recuriter , then call with GM, then call with regional director, then its time to set down and have the money talk! After that its either yes or no. Overall the process was simple and straight forward. No beating around the bush.
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
