Entretien téléphonique avec cabinet de recrutement (15 min) puis entretien visio (1 heure) avec cabinet de recrutement pour premier cadrage des parcours, profils, attentes candidat et poste. Puis entretien en visio avec N+1 (90 min) + entretien DRH.

Long and detailed. Grueling. Stressful. Meant to weed out those that can’t handle stress or pressure. Tests team eneviroment experience. The interview process is not align with the title or position interviewing for. Especially not the salary and compensation.
