It was pretty easy. Saw advert, applied, had HR interview, had second interview with manager and got the job. Each interview took 1 hour on site. There was no special testing or assessment center. It was typical behavioral interview.

Very calming environment. Interview panel made sure I was comfortable. A few questions about what processes I have used and why I want to this job, why the transition from recruitment to HR. It was a fixed term role.

The interview was thorough and precise.
The interview was clearly based on HR processes and required in-depth knowledge for the HR field and past the experiences based on this. It was interesting and a learning experience.
