Interview
I was referred by a current employee. The initial phone interview with a college recruiter. They were not hiring right away but they promised to keep me on file. About a month later I received a request to fly down to Columbus, OH to interview for an operations supervisor role for their college recruiting program. I received an offer a week after that interview.

Prepare for standard behavioral questions you'll be fine. "Explain a time you had to deal with a difficult associate etc."
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

it went in 3 phases, profile Presenation, GD and PI. howver the responce was very very delayed.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
