A customer is raising an issue regarding a delivery. The delivery wasn't completed due to a parked car blocking access. The driver has moved on to next appointment. What do you do?
Very straightforward interview process, great communication and welcoming atmosphere. Challenging questions based on experience and what i would bring to the table. The largest focus however was whether I would be a good cultural fit, which DHL take extremely seriously. I got the impression a good culture was of paramount importance.
