It was a three stage interview process. First being a phone interview, next with management such as the general manager, supervisor and IT team. The final interview was with the General Manager. Overall the interview process was simple (depending on prior experience.

Interview
The process was standard but not very transparent. It was entirely unclear what they were looking for. When I interviewed everything seems to good as the first interview is only behavioral and basically no technical questions besides "describe a project you worked on." I got rejected later with no feedback despite the feedback after the interview being good.

Video interview on MS teams with hiring manager. Spoke about the role and their needs and how you would fit into the team. Lasted about half an hour (~30 minutes).
