Please do not waste your time applying to a graduate scheme for DHL if you are still a student. I had to complete two separate online assessments which took around 90 minutes each, not including all of the preparation for the video questions. The assessments included writing draft emails, data analysis, solving equations, ranking things in order, and video questions. After completing these assessments, I heard nothing from DHL until two months later when they finally emailed me to tell me I had been unsuccessful. They have also ignored my emails where I have asked for feedback - if I do not know where I went wrong, how am I expected to improve?
