I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Westerville, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
I originally applied for the Op. Supervisor role and was selected for an on-campus interview. It was very casual but informative. The next step was a 2-day College Day process where myself and 9 others toured sites and had info sessions on the first day. The second day consisted, of each of us presenting for 5 minutes about ourselves which was followed by 3 45 minute interviews.
enigszins traag. ietwat traag, beloofde snel contact op te nemen en deed dat niet. De persoon die bij het gesprek aanwezig zou zijn, werd vervangen door iemand anders. Uiteindelijk is het een team van zeer jonge mensen
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Huntingdon, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
I had a 1 hour interview with one guy from senior management, he was very welcoming and asked your basic questions, i felt like he really wanted to get to know me, and wasn't just using big corporation spiel that he 'has' too
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Livonia, MI) in Jun 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume back in February 2016 and finally heard back from their team in June 2016. The interview was with a supervisor and two other load planners. They asked general questions about why you're interesting in load planning, what do you do now and day to day process, etc. The position was for an overnight load planner, as they need their accessibility 24/7. I wasn't entirely interested in working alone for twelve hours at night. So although I received no offer, I would have declined because I am not interested in the hours.
