Interview
Interview was virtual at the time with group interview, assessments etc. Relaxing atmosphere and felt like a casual conversations. The assessments were designed in such a way that everyone had equal opportunities to answer
The assessment centre was well-organised although out of the way, was asked standard questions and had a group task as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming to us all.
Straight forward process, everything online. Well organized and no tricky questions. Usual questions such as why DHL? Preperation is essential. Group task and Prrsentation is required. Final decision is made within a few days.
