Deel Analytics Engineer interview questions

During my recent interview with a company, the process unfortunately went sideways. From the very beginning, the interviewer seemed disinterested and unprepared. They were late to the scheduled call and didn't even greet me with a hello or introduce themselves. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As the interview began, it became clear that the interviewer was reading from a script and wasn't really listening to my responses. They seemed more interested in getting through their questions than actually engaging with me as a candidate. This lack of attention made me feel even more uneasy and unimportant. Throughout the interview, I tried my best to stay positive and answer their questions as honestly and enthusiastically as possible, but it was clear that the interviewer was not creating a comfortable environment for me to do so. They didn't ask any follow-up questions or seem genuinely interested in what I had to say. Overall, I was left with a very negative impression of the company and the interview process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and engaging interview experience. It's important to feel valued and respected during an interview, and unfortunately, this company did not provide that.
