Had a very bad and unstructured interview process. A deel recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for an opening they had. The intro call with HR went really well, and at the end of the call the recruiter mentioned that she felt confident to recommend me to the director for a follow-up call. On Saturday, the recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to set up a call with the director for Monday. Due to my schedule, I couldn’t have a call on that date but suggested to hold a call on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. No response from the recruiter for multiple days. Today, she responded to my message that they are moving forward with another candidate and no longer considering me as a candidate.
