The first call was with the recruiter from Deel and what a lovely person. They explained about the company how it worked and the interview process. A call with recruiter, hometask on your own which isn’t a quick job for the position I applied for then the manager.
All the way through I explained my experience in payroll was UK and I was a fast system learner.
I passed the hometask as I should I do the job now and went to final interview where I was asked questions again on overseas payroll which again I made clear I do UK but I can learn.
I was advised that the best position for me was to do payroll but not as an IC. I have been implementing systems for 13 years HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Expenses and more and working with overseas clients since 2015.
Maybe talk to the hiring manager before the hometask???
