Overall, the interview process was straight forward. There were 3 to 4 rounds with a mock presentation. Having HRIS/Payroll specific experience was not required but a plus. Be prepared to explain or provide examples about outbound prospecting, usage of sales tools, account research, how you would ramp up on a new product, coachability, time management, and being proactive in getting things done in a timely manner.
