I applied online. I interviewed at Deel in Aug 2023
Interview
Weird experience, the person I was talking to yawned throughout the whole interview, looking extremely disengaged. At times, they repeated the questions and didn't necessarily make me feel like they were following what I was saying. The interview made the impression that employees are asked to perform despite being ill. During the interview it had been mentioned a couple of times how hard the job is and that almost half of the people in that position don’t meet performance targets. Overall, very questionable approach to attract new talents.

Talk me through your resume. Have you ever done cold calling before? Why do you want to work as an SDR for DEEL? Have you ever worked in a KPI driven position? Where are you currently based? Are you planning to stay there when working for DEEL? What country is your passport (I.e. do you need visa sponsoring)? What is your expected salary?
