I applied online. The application review took about 2 months. Then the recruiter reached out and offered to schedule an intro call.
The first intro call was absolutely unprofessional. The recruiter didn't have my CV, asked robotic questions without paying attention to my answers.
When I got a chance to ask questions about the position, the recruiter couldn't answer them.

The recruiter came in late, unprepared with an apathetic demeanour during a 9 minutes interview. During this bizarre interaction, it transpired that the recruiter was hiring for a completely different role in a different department and in a different region.
The recruiter proceeded to reading their screen following their checklist to fire questions at me despite the fact that I mentioned I was there for the CSM role. No apologies were offered for wasting my time, I had to probe a few times to get a chance to speak and ask if I could be put in touch with the person recruiting the Customer Success Managers. All my questions were answered with one or two words or not answered at all.

Four calls:
First call with manager. Second with Team Lead. Third was a product demo with demo account done by me in front of 3 members of the team, and last call with Global Head of Customer Success.
