Smooth interview conducted by the Hiring team. Support at each stage. They have structured training process. The training also include Cross functional projects. It took 18 months for me to complete the training.
Dell hires trainee only for Bangalore Location. Other locations like Gurugram, Hyderabad and Mumbai is not available.
