First contact was a dynamic group. It was in english and was a group of 6 people. It was required to analyze an discuss an article about the impact of a specific technology in Society, after present a pitch about the company values. Three days later they called me for an interview with a manager an a week after for another with a partner.

Interview
Worst ever interview process. Instead of asking people to join your organisation and putting a repeatitive show about that, yes repeatitive focus more upon facilitating them thorough the process and for God sake please don't keep the people as facilitators who are just there to complete their Firm Hours.
I Round:
-No panelists were assisgned for candidates with experience more than 3 years.
-The interviewer seemed more keen on boasting off what he knew rather than listening to my answers and approaches to solve the problem.
- He was more focused on filling out my rating chart then going over the resume and ask questions from there.
II Round:
-Some senior manager conducted this round and just by looking at her face you could tell she didn't want to. Can't even show basic courtesy to the interviewee.
-Just tossed some concepts/questions in the air.
-No answers to my cross questioning.
-No follow up questions.
Overall experience:
-As the facilitators were not from the recruiting team, they had no idea about the process/rounds/results from each round.
-They didn't have the basic courtesy to break it to the candidate. I could actually see my feedback in her hands but she still kept on insisting that I should wait for a call from the HR.
