The interviewers were very relaxed and calm. They were friendly and I felt at ease. Their questions were less on my intellectual capabilities, but more on me as a person and how I deal with things in my life. I received a call shortlisting me for an interview within 3 working days of my application. There was a written test with a time limit of 15 minutes which tests English proficiency. It wad about the top 3 things you look out for in a career. The interview was conducted with me and 2 interviewers from the HR department. The questions were unstructured and rather based on my resume itself so I advise you to know your resume very well. 2 working days after the interview, I received a call informing me that I have been offered the position.
