Test de résolution de problèmes avancé : évaluation des capacités d’analyse, de raisonnement logique et quantitatif à travers des cas complexes nécessitant une interprétation rapide de données et une prise de décision structurée.
Test de compétences métiers : mise en situation professionnelle permettant de mesurer la maîtrise des fondamentaux techniques (analyse financière, compréhension des enjeux business, structuration d’un raisonnement, priorisation).
Test d’anglais : évaluation des compétences linguistiques professionnelles (compréhension écrite, grammaire, vocabulaire business et capacité à interagir dans un contexte international).

Un fermier récolte 75% des carottes qu'il avait et perd 25% du reste. Le jour suivant il récolte 50% de ce qu'il reste de la veille et perd le reste. Au total il a perdu combien de % de carottes ?

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
